This is a contemporary wooden house located in Costa Rica´s north mountains, in Heredia. The house has a 270 degrees view to central valley of the country. The climate is rainy and windy almost year round with temperatures ranging between 50° to 80° f in summer.
The house is built over elevated posts so we could get the most of the view and take advantage of the ground slope.
The house is open to the view thru big windows facing south, which gives the house natural lighting for more than 12 hours all year.
The wood used is pine, with its natural finish, the floor is natural polished concrete finish.
