The project of Casa ALQ in Jumeirah Bay, Dubai, is guided by the concept of living with nature. With its privileged location adjacent to the beach and offering city views, the integration of the building and its outdoor spaces within this prestigious context was paramount from the beginning.
This single-family villa spans two levels and a basement. The basement houses the garage, gymnasium, and staff rooms. On the first floor, the garden takes center stage, featuring carefully selected vegetation to provide screening, balanced light and shade, and natural cooling and ventilation, facilitated by water mirrors, swimming pool, and indoor pool.
The ground floor accommodates the family living and dining areas, as well as the guest area, surrounded by a private garden and connected to a spacious outdoor area near the beach via a walkway over the water mirrors. The first floor, accessible via both a lift and a wide staircase, comprises five bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a family room for daily activities.
The top floor is dedicated to the rooftop, offering indoor areas surrounded by large windows that showcase sea views and the horizon. Outdoor areas feature a swimming pool facing the sea. The project incorporates materials and palettes with a natural essence, emphasizing the relationship with the surrounding landscape and the experience of living harmoniously with nature. Hammered concrete and stone finishes were chosen for the walls, while wood and natural stone are used for the flooring and furnishings.
Every element in the design of Casa ALQ fosters an authentic connection with nature, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The project harmoniously combines architectural excellence, luxurious living spaces, and a profound appreciation for the natural environment, offering residents a truly remarkable living experience.
