Located in a private subdivision in the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area, the project was conceived with the intention of creating a small interior natural space within this site. Therefore, the entire project is oriented toward the central area, where large glass walls focus on the courtyard in this area. This, in turn, is dominated by a tree in its central part, allowing this natural element to be perceived from almost any point in the house.
The volumetric development was to create two solid pieces: a cubic concrete element at the base and a solid white cube projected on its front. This completely denies the view to the eastern side adjacent to the street, but at the same time opens completely to the courtyard in its central part, seeking to create an interior microenvironment.
