My First Real Design. A house to be built in Tumbaco, Quito, Ecuador. Currently working on schematic design. Trying to find a balanced design that captures the amazing views towards the Mountain and Quito as well as open interior spaces that provide great social interaction. An open living space that includes all the "social" areas of the house (Living, Dining, Food Preparation, Porch, BBQ). Living Room/Kitchen have big sliding glass doors that connect to a porch where social gatherings will occur. The porch is next to a big grassy garden with tall pine and fruit trees along-side it.
