Personal Retirement home for Bill and Tina Carr -- Bill and Tina Carr, previously commercial clients of mine, contacted me about having found this amazing property, with a very ugly house on it... in December of 2007. We worked hard and quickly to convert a run down 6,500 sf home into 12,000 sf of New England craft. We enjoyed working with the local crafts people and creating a house worthy of the amazing 270 degree views of the Naragansett Bay.
