This proposal is an answer to a very pragmatic task — to design a building as universal as possible, as its future users are unknown.
We have designed a rational module, that has little changes across the four levels. One field of the grid is fixed (staircase and services), and the rest of it is a variable open space. The regularity of the structure is punctuated by 'accidentally' placed openings such as loggias and large windows. This exemplifies a creative way to bring green surfaces into offices as well as poetics into facades.
