FZAD was retained as Architect and Designer - a repeat client (our second Renovation project for this client in the past 5 years) this time we re-designed the playroom and nanny’s quarters and master bedroom complete with ebony built-ins.  The playroom is truly wonderful, complete with an official wrestling mat set into an “acoustical floor” in order to play ball and wrestle.  The room is complemented with a surround sound system by Boise and custom made upholstery furniture that “tucks” away under the floating counter to literally “clear” the floor – let the games begin.
