Concept
Designed for FIFA to be used at FIFA World Cup Brazil 2014. Carioca is a line of modular furniture made of reused cardboard, destined mostly to covered outside areas.
Its modular design creates different spaces and humanizes the environment inviting people to slow down, relax and interact, just like the carioca way of being.
Made of used cardboard and collected by partnerships made ith cooperatives of garbage collectors of large urban centers, the line of modular furniture Carioca, besides giving a new form and function to this material, helps the environment. At the end of its useful life it can be returned to cooperatives and finally be recycled.
