In this renovation, we came across a small apartment, of 52 m2, recently acquired by customers. At the beginning the appearance was old, quite dark and a lot divided into small rooms so the spaces were impractical.

The renovation involved changing the layout of the house, removing one of the bedrooms and updating all the facilities. This has resulted in a large shared space including entrance, kitchen, dining room and living room, and a private area with two bedrooms and a bathroom.

In the daytime area, the kitchen is distributed in parallel, where the low furniture, where the work and washing area is located, separates the living room. In addition, a half-height partition has been built to intensify the separation of the two environments.
By moving the corridor, in the new layout it has been possible to create a dining area very integrated into the living room, respecting path areas; and in addition, to obtain a larger bathroom with a small laundry area.

The main bedroom has been equipped with a large storage capacity wardrobe and custom-made furniture (a shelf with trunk) has been built in a closed corner of this room that otherwise would have been an unusable space.
