From the main façade, the residence expresses a language of formal clarity, where volumes are articulated with sobriety and elegance. The main entrance is accompanied by a sculptural staircase that, beyond being a simple functional element, serves as a prelude to the interior. The composition offers an ascending journey that prepares the visitor to discover the spaciousness within, framed by the contrast between understated finishes and lush vegetation.
Upon entering, the essence of the project is revealed: double-height social areas designed to enhance openness and visual connection. The space flows freely thanks to the absence of visual barriers and the arrangement of large-format windows that allow generous natural light to flood in. These windows not only illuminate but also frame the surrounding greenery, turning the landscape into an integral part of the interior design. In this way, the architecture blends with its environment and multiplies the feeling of spaciousness.
The main staircase, with its curved and sculptural form, becomes a focal point within the space. More than a circulation element, it is an artistic piece that brings movement and character to the whole. Every line, every texture, seems to belong to a grand habitable sculpture, where function becomes aesthetic. The furniture and finishes reinforce this vision, creating a sophisticated and cohesive atmosphere.
