COSTEN S.r.l. has prepared the executive and main projects of technological systems for the maintenance renovation interventions on Capocci building in Rome, Italy. The building is from the second decade of 1900, initially meant as barracks, very damaged by war actions and meant to be renovated and requalified for office use. The project involved identifying the best technical solutions for the realization of the following technological systems:
