An urban redevelopment project involving a wide pedestrian area of the city center , penalized in recent years by the depletion of the commercial and social crisis .
Born from the constructive dialogue between the initiative of private individuals and instances of public administration, the project is divided into several square Candiani coexisting interventions that aim to recover the centrality of the spaces of social, cultural and economic
the completion of the Cultural Center with the addition of a volumetric large hall on the ground floor with the box office, café and bistro bookshop
the construction of the multiplex Img Cinemas , consisting of six rooms with a capacity of about 1,200 seats
the sequence of the new bar restaurant in the west wing of the Cultural Center
the enrichment of the adjacent park with the construction of a footbridge that crosses the river Marzenego and a pedestrian and cycle path.
