structure made of plastic, where you can experience some reflected and
magic light through the walls, while you can perceive the outside
environment, fresh air and sound of the bird’s pious. The inflatable
pipes are linked with nylon thread in order to dismantle the pavilion in
an easy way and they have some plastic divider that allows the separate
pipes to create variable views. We used the opportunity of this flexible
material to integrate the furniture on the walls. Controlled
micro-climate: We have designed a special sustainable system of climate
the pavilion interior, combining dry moss with wet moss. Therefore the
air that entry on the bottom part of the space comes with a high level
of dampness. Inside the building the air will be fresh than outside
because the dry moss on the roof regulates the dampness level. The moss
created a nice aromatic sense. Comfortable spots and stars
signaling: The moss circles on the floor lead de comfortable areas to
use around the pavilion, and they are also leading to the interior.
However the empty circles of the roof sign the constellation map of
September in this zone of New York.
