The project is a tower of 80 social apartments, offices, shops and parking lots, that stands as a new reference to the city skyline. The building indicates where the main square is in the neighborhood of "Can Llong".The proposal consists of two tangent parallelepipeds, offsetting each other in order to highlight their architectural slenderness. Where these volumes reach the floor, south-west corner is subtracted to indicate the main entrance to the building from the square. Then the tower is folded to get a continous base containing shops and offices. The facade is aligned parallel to the railway, specifically directed to south.
