The project is a building of 69 social apartments, 5 shops and 76 parking lots. Corner building is the "L" shaped plant, giving a front of 5 shops on the ground floor to Strasbourg Avenue where is the main entrance of the community garden area. To achieve cross ventilation in dwellings, this building is divided into two bands as it enters the plot.Housing arranged through damp units (kitchen and bath) that free space in a flexible way to organize the rest of the rooms according to the requirements. In order to achieve greater comfort, all dwellings are designed with cross ventilation and with a private terrace equipped with solar protection.
