"Campus Tecnológico, TEC 2" is a Mid Rise Office Building caters to entrepreneurs in software and hardware developers.

The project is built in Guatemala City in a up and coming part of town call “Cuatro grados Norte”, that since 2009 has become a hub for technology base companies both local and international, it’s also know a “Silicon Valley con frijoles”.

TEC 2 , with over 200,000 square feet of construction, its brick façade and tall concrete structures has a Urban/ Industrial style that adapts to many of the lay back, free style company that choose to have their main office inside.

The project is mix use building and part of a master plan project, TEC 1 built in 2010, TEC 2 built in 2016 and TEC 3 plan to be built in 2018;
TEC 2 is the main building with amenities and infrastructure capable of growth in the years to come, it has restaurants and retail stores in the first floor to the street, in the 2nd floor the Auditorium and gym, in the 3tr floor entertainment facility’s and a Data Center and from the 4th floor up office spaces and a 1,000 square feet coworking space.
