This project is a renovation of a building located in La Condesa in Mexico City. It is an art deco building which has a lot of value for itself and also possesses the charm that old buildings had in this area a long time ago, so the conclusion was to keep it and restore it by creating spacious and smartly resolved apartments and taking advantage of the terrific views.
A top level was added with a much more contemporary architecture that is respectful with the particular style of the building. The base of the building is lit at night, creating the impression that the whole construction is floating.
