A summer camp located in the Santa Cruz Mountains outgrew their infirmary and asked Robert Nebolon Architects to design a new 5 bed infirmary that would meet the medical& first aid needs for the summer camp. The camp asked the architect to fit the new building among the existing camp buildings, fit in between existing redwood trees. The camp also wanted a new traffic circle that would greet parents and new campers in a manner befitting to the summer camp. A semi-circular trellis provide the greeting sought by the camp. Beyond the trellis sits the new infirmary.
The appearance can be best described as California Modern or California Contemporary.
