Calgary City Centre contributes to the positive evolution of Calgary’s downtown as a dynamic and appealing place to live and work. The 37-storey signature tower features a stepped crown with a programmable digital light instillation that can be seen effervescently reflecting city-wide celebrations throughout the year. The project provides over 850,000 square feet of class A office space with amenities such as a technologically advanced, digitally purposed conference facility and a first-class fitness centre. Two new pedestrian bridges link the project to the Calgary +15 Skywalk network and support an integrated pedestrian environment.
The building features floor-to-ceiling glazing throughout for natural light and breathtaking views. Subtly folding curtain wall detailing creates a dynamic effect across the façade. The glass-enclosed lobby features a curated selection of art and a dynamic lighting installation. Activated frontages, landscaped streetscape, extensive public art, and exceptional lighting bring vibrancy to Calgary’s downtown.
