Two new pedestrian bridges link the project to the Calgary +15 Skywalk network and support an integrated pedestrian environment.
The building features floor-to-ceiling glazing throughout for natural light and breathtaking views. Subtly folding curtain wall detailing creates a dynamic effect across the façade. The glass-enclosed lobby features a curated selection of art and a dynamic lighting installation. Activated frontages, landscaped streetscape, extensive public art, and exceptional lighting bring vibrancy to Calgary’s downtown.
