Nestled in Bodrum's serene Hebil Bay, CAJA by Maxx Royal is a luxurious resort featuring 22 villas with extended stay services. The project, a collaboration between ETS Group, GEO_ID, and GEOMIM, redefines the holiday village concept on Bodrum’s Aegean Coast by offering a homely atmosphere with five-star hotel services.
Located near Türkbükü Bay, Hebil Bay is a tranquil residential district known for its lush nature and crystal-clear waters. GEOMIM’s design emphasizes connectivity to the bay, with villas set back approximately thirty meters to maximize communal spaces for pool and beach use. The resort experience clusters around the entrance and seaside, ensuring intimacy and tranquility for villa zones.
The villas, available in 1+1, 2+1, and 3+1 options, draw inspiration from Bodrum’s 1980s architecture, featuring outdoor living spaces shaded with wooden canopies. Each unit is connected to a central underground plinth housing technical rooms, parking, staff areas, and service connections, ensuring efficient hotel operations without disturbing guest privacy. The spatial organization divides living and service areas, with every room having outdoor access and large windows framing bay views.
The reception hall is designed like a lounge, filled with comfortable seating arrangements. Organic patterns inspired by Bodrum’s textures dominate the common spaces, while the fitness hall and spa use natural stones and mirrors for a spacious feel. The restaurant, inspired by Aegean outdoor living, blends seamlessly with nature.
The landscape design emphasizes restoration and enrichment of natural conditions, using native plants and creating intimate garden settings. The lighting design minimizes atmospheric light emission, creating a dim ambiance in living spaces.
The resort employs optimized building exteriors, green roofs, local stones, seawater utilization, optimal orientation, controlled natural ventilation, and rainwater collection for irrigation to meet sustainability goals.
