MKDREAMDESIGN was asked to design a cafe for the owner of MARU. An asian lounge restaurant situated in Korea Town in Manhattan we previously designed. The good thing about this client he allows MKDREAMDESIGN to drive the interior design while functionally it works for the business. The cafe is located at a golf range in Closter New Jersey. The cafe was inspired by the swing of the golfer. The direction of the curved ceiling coincide with the direction of the swing of the practitioner and flow of the golf ball.
