Design of this family dwelling on a beautiful flat plot derives maximum from its surroundings. Orientation of the corner ground defines the situation - the functions are devided into two objects: the garage and the gym create a natural barrier from the northern neighbour offering in this way privacy for the family house.
Clear conception of an one-storey prism, floating over the grass-plot, is lightened by an atrium in a sophisticated way. The design of the house allows the life in it being connected with the life in the garden, the spaces are full of sun and the movement between the house and the garden fluent.
The main living space and the private zone of the parents are both oriented to the south with a beautiful view to the garden. They are devided by an atrium, where the fire place and the summer kitchen are placed. The bedrooms for the children create an autonomous zone of the house, situated close to the entrance.
We suggest wood on the facades as well as in interiors, corten steel in the atrium and floated floors in earthy colours inside of the house.
