Located in a small parcel of 10x10mts alongside the Hospicio Cabañas, the programme required a mixted used of commerce on the lower level with private housing on the higher levels for a young couple with no children. The project revolves around a small inner courtyard that allows a visual vertical connection of the 3 levels of the house and contains a small landscape that acts as a micro-climate, allowing for cross-ventilation throughout the household.
