C Residence is a private residence located in Depok, West Java, Indonesia. This Residence belongs to Mr.Chris who work at Indonesian Government for Food Logistics and Supply (Bulog).He wants to have his starter home so that he could move from rental housing to private homes. The performance requirements for these homes is how to make a spacious room in a small house. The house owner asked me to make a small house but if we are in it feels like a big house. To make this idea became a reality is very difficult because the land are approximately 136m2. Though the extent of space required is approximately 280m2. This makes me challenged to create an efficient arrangement of space look spacious and relieved at the same time.
For that I made a pretty unusual innovations that put the living room on the 2nd floor and the master bedroom on the 1st floor, while the dining room and kitchen are on the first floor as well. The results are quite satisfy, with this way i success to create a spacious living room as well as the quite big master bedroom. The master bedroom also own private bathroom too.
