The restoration project focuses on preserving the architectural and historical value of the registered building while adapting it to meet contemporary standards of comfort and use. During the project’s development, the existing deteriorations were carefully analyzed, and appropriate interventions were designed to stabilize and repair the structure without compromising its authenticity.

The proposed approach aims to ensure a sustainable balance between conservation and functionality, allowing the building to be transmitted to future generations in its most original form. The scope of the restoration includes structural consolidation, maintenance and repair, cleaning, renewal, and interventions required for modern use. In parallel, architectural interior design solutions and material selections were developed to complement the restoration strategy and enhance the overall spatial experience.
