We jumped at the opportunity to work with Chef Jason Santos on his new concept. With a tight budget and a short amount of time, Assembly Design Studio was able to convert a forgotten about Spanish tapas restaurant into a vibrant celebration of historic New Orleans. Situated in the heart of Boston’s Back Bay, Buttermilk & Bourbon exudes a sense of fun and creativity which highlights the beloved NOLA culture.
