The site was used by an leading fire services company. The age of the building did not suit their current needs. An Application was made to Council for 28 independent business offices with ancillary warehouse infrastructure. The Application was approved subject to retention of the heritage facade.
Being a large site we poured the concrete slabs first and used it to mould the tilt up panels- a great energy saving and sustainable innovation. The panels were literally tilted up!
Extensive use of Cement sheet lining, Bondor and Hebel panels and Trimdeck roofing system.
