Business Level
A new business center is planned in the industrial zone of Gmunden. The building features a slanted, upward-extending façade facing the shopping center and stands out with its suspended perforated metal façade in bronze. Access is provided via Druckereistraße, and the building offers space for five office units across three floors. These are arranged around a green atrium and have access to a landscaped canopy on the first floor, creating high-quality workspaces. The office spaces are flexibly adaptable and characterized by a modern façade design with vertical perforated metal panels and large windows. On the ground floor, there is a covered parking deck with 13 parking spaces, along with access to an underground garage offering an additional 35 parking spaces.
