Business centre with two faces
Unique administrative and business center BUSINESS GARDEN ŠTEFÁNIKOVA offers it´s tenants only the best. It is located in an attractive and busy part of the capital with excellent transport links from all directions. Architect of the studio Šebo Lichý has as always managed to connect historic character of the building site with innovative solutions for the most demanding clients.
Štefánikova Street was once an important street of Bratislava with the character of a boulevard, which is rare in our capital. Today, there are situated government offices, embassies, banks and the presidential palace. The new business center was renovated by combining two old buildings from the 50s and 70s. The street facade of the building respects the historic ties to that locality and therefore it was reconstructed as a replica of the original facade in the style of the 50s. Courtyard facade features a contrasting modern minimalist design and leaves the dominance to abundant greenery. The working environment of the employees is more pleasant thanks to the courtyard terrace with garden on the roof of the garage.
The interior offers tenants maximum flexibility. The layout of your work area may vary according to their needs by removal of the partitions or even sanitary facilities. Top quality class A office space is still not common in the capital. But individual customization of the workplace is not the only variable solution in the business center. Clients may also adjust the energy consumption and thus significantly save their operating costs.
Thanks to innovative eco-technologies is the building ranked among the so-called green buildings, and is absolutely groundbreaking in Slovakia. And what about the mysterious inscription on the street facade, gaining an attention of many passers-by who are trying to decipher it? The letters may seem to be scattered chaotically, but certainly not randomly. Reading them from left to right the name Railway Engineering appears, the previous owner of the building.
