The
concept of IBC with a hotel complex offers a designated an area of 4.4
ha provides for the further development of the entire infrastructure of
the north-east of Yerevan. Allotted
land - is a complex terrain with well-established transport interchange
routes, intra-street and surrounding buildings. Placing the complex urban setting provides a solution to several challenges.:
1. Selection
of priority and secondary streets for easy ingress into the territory
of the plateau, when the difference in height and 50m of the existing
roundabout road width from 15 to 30 m.
