The inspiration that led us to the design of the Saint M salesoffice comes from the design of the upcoming project itself andits penthouses of which the shape of the roof is extremelydistinct.Our objective being to transmit the essence of the project, thechallenge was to reflect the branding and real estate programwithin the space. In light of this, we used the same colors as themodern, minimalist and pure design inspired by the project’sgraphic signature.Transparency is the essential idea beneath the chosenconcept as it encourages communication between the salesoffice and its immediate environment – the future site wherethe condos will be built. By combining transparency and brightcolors, we wanted to ensure that the sales office would become ahigh-impact that can’t be overlooked due to its strongvisuals.This visual impact was in fact fundamental for the project’s sponsoras it was an absolute must in attracting clients.The angular aspect of the building and the precision of its linesdrawn by the interior design demonstrate a serious quality that isvery reassuring to future buyers and that participates in the successof sales.
