The Aquatics center of the Bukidnon Sports Complex aims to redefine the silhouette and impression of a Filipino sports complex, shifting the direction of the future sports facility towards a more organic and progressive development.
The vision is to establish Bukidnon Aquatics as a state-of-the-art facility to support our nation's world-class competitive swimmers.
WTA's design scheme resulted from combining form and program, breaking down the complex’s structure to carve out spaces for congregation and community activity. This led to the formation of a habitable roofline and urban plazas around the scheme, providing a promenade for both the Bukidnon government and its people to engage with each other on various occasions.
