The
new office building that Bugato Construction Mining Industry and Trade Co. İs to
move in is located on a sloped site of 1.168 m² area. The office building with a large garden of approximately
820
m² area, to accommodate administrative personnel of
35 person has two office stories, one basement and one attic. The interior and exterior
space connection is furnished via terraces located at roof and lower garden level.
The design offers an illuminated and spacious working atmosphere through the large
window surfaces facing the lake view and open office system. Compact laminated cladding
material of mainly white color is used on the facades besides transparent glass
surfaces with aluminum carpentry. The most important criteria of the project being
harmony with the natural environment, a convenient office building for Gölbaşı is
designed both via materials used and via appropriate dimensioning.
