Conceptually the project arises from the difficulty of working the land. The initial perception of the land gave us the theme so that the intervention occurred in ledges which in turn would define the program. Accordingly, the will for spatial amplitude and security stood out. With this approach we reduced the impact that this building would have on the morphology. The volumetric shapes arising in the property take advantage of the favourable points allowing a better integration of the building in the property. Another factor that "drew" the form, was the adjustment to the sun exposure to the house. The program was extensive and we tried to prioritize spaces, allowing for greater fluidity in corridors and spaces with dynamic interactions between the various compartments or floors. As a final result, it was intended that the house be concealed in the vegetation after previous re-qualification, either vertically, with new tree species, or with vegetation cover in the covering which would provide an absence of "cover" since it would be difficult to distinguish what would be ground or building. The house would only thus have as an exclusive architectural reference the black walls (tiles and zinc).
