This 16-foot wide row house in Hoboken has grown to accommodate the needs of a 21st century family.
A 3-story addition into the rear yard provides a basement level playroom, a first floor entertainment kitchen, a second floor master bedroom and a third floor child’s room. The basement floor was excavated deeper at the addition to increase the head height and comply with current code; all existing electrical and plumbing infrastructure was replaced.
The addition increased the floor area of the house by thirty percent
