Space planning and building permit drawings for interior and exterior renovations.
The scope of work includes selected demolition, new partition walls, ceilings, flooring, doors, hardware, built in cabinetry, finishes, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems as needed to meet the Owner’s program reequipments. The program includes a patient waiting room, reception area with check in and check out areas, offices, administrative area, exam rooms, procedure rooms, lab and medical assistants work area, consultation room, toilet rooms, janitor’s closet, IT/telephone room, A/C closet and employee break room.
Exterior renovations include replacement of 2 exterior storefront door sections with doors and hardware.
