BR Distribuidora's building is part of Cidade Nova revitalization, being the fourth building designed by rra in this area.

One of the challenges was to maintain the standard achieved in other projects, but at the same time provide it´s own identity. This was achieved through the facade, which its vertical aluminum louvers that while aesthetic element, give movement to the building and the sense of verticality.

Designed to be LEED certified, he has other sustainable technologies. The building has a green roof that, in addition to retain rain water, works as an insulator against heat input. The collected water goes to a reservoir, is treated, and then is reused in toilets, garden irrigation, etc.
