This mixed use
development, one of the largest ever launched in São
Paulo, is composed of three towers of 31 pavements for hotelflats, 24 pavements for business suites
and fifteen 736-sqm corporate floors, plus convention center, business center,
food court and six movie theaters.  The
complex is anchored in large urbanized spaces open to the public, much needed
