The resort is situated in the natural park Vrelo, Stara Planina. The site stretches over 1500 square meters of wild landscape, bounded by two rivers that cut their course through the most attractive areas of the mountain. Special attention was paid to the resort's incorporation into the natural surroundings and sustaining the authentic ambiance of the location. Through the use of local materials and their modern treatment, the emphasis was put on low energy consumption, which enabled the implementation of 'green' design and building principles.
On the spot, there were five existing buildings structures, made of wood, that collapsed due to the appearance of rotting and therefore they had to be removed. Supporting walls are originally made of stone and set as cascades in accordance with the terrain, so that each cascade belongs to one object.
