The house in Via Bramante was born from the recovery of a semi-industrial unit. Distinguished by large arches and stone columns, a distinctive architectural sign of the original construction.
Space is intersected by a decisive cut in the center of the ground floor, while a new level is intentionally built around the vaults.
The result is a spectacular home on three levels. United by the central staircase, robust and delicate at the same time, accompanied in its path by a refined system of lamps, the volume is connected by bridges and mezzanines to form a continuous flow of ambiances.
The materials selection plays with the choice of full and transparent, glossy and opaque finishes, that alternate in similar or discordant tones to create a dynamic and lively visual fabric.
An ode to lightness.
