A very small office of under 1,000 square feet to provide work spaces and support facilities for the Managing Director and his associates. The mix of spaces ranged from the Director’s Chamber, with an attached conference room, other smaller cabins and open cubicles, and services, while providing for state of the art communication and data management facilities.
The challenge was to devise a solution which could be executed and operationalized within thirty days and in a rather tight budget. This factor, was the driving force behind all design decisions. The material palette was timber and etched glass, which allowed for quick execution while providing a dignified ambiance associated with a financial establishment.
