The location of the building on the lot explores the possibility of connections between Wisard and Fidalga streets. This connection enhances the visual perception of space and place.

We created a continuous path that begins on the promenade and leads to a large, triple height open hall with wide views.

The construction of the upper levels expresses the concept of a flexible building with overlapping slabs, high ceilings, and a facade with elements positioned alternately — providing diverse units and freedom to occupy the interiors.
