Looking to maximize the value of the building, the owner is converting a few floors being used as parking into spec office space. The ground floor will become retail with new openings in the masonry wall to the sidewalk and new glass storefronts. The 2nd and 3rd floor will be transformed into industrial office space, with exposed brick walls, polished concrete floors, and exposed cast-iron structure. The existing street facing windows will be lowered and enlarged, providing more daylight into the space.
