This conceptual design for a sixty room boutique hotel in downtown
Denver, was done with supreme contrast in mind. Trying to adhere to the
scale and rhythm established by the century-plus old historical
buildings of the LoDo neighborhood, this hotel is meant to enliven an
otherwise traditional builtscape. Playing off of the neighborhood
lofts, cafes, restaurants and small art galleries in the area, the
unique uses of a prominent curtain wall plane and glass blades, make the
building an art piece in itself.
