In the heart of the country’s busiest city lies a 300 square meter home on sprawling land. Originally designed by Leandro V. Locsin, the bungalow boasts a commanding roof over adobe-clad load bearing walls. The original essence and character of the house has been preserved, reconfiguring only minimal portions of the home to suit the new user’s needs. The aim was to recreate an oasis, a contemporary Southeast-Asian resort in the center of the metropolis.
