In the early 2013, when Nha Trang tourism began to flourish, the number of foreign visitors from Russia to Nha Trang increased dramatically, the hotel in the central area along Tran Phu Street raced.grow up to meet this need. Pham Van Dong area is a long coastal road of Tran Phu road extending north through Tran Phu. At this time, Pham Van Dong area was sparsely populated and there were few hotels. The decision to invest in a 5-star hotel has a lot hard.

With the strategic vision of the investor, the desire to build a project, will open new business opportunities, benefit sharing and benefits, economic development of an area. We think of the image of a seahorse with outstanding features, and carries valuable messages. Seahorses are considered a symbol of power and strength, of luck. It represents the following virtue: Patience, vision, sustainability, high awareness, generosity. Outline a vertical structure with notions of calculation powerful expressive symbol.
Exploiting the convenient location of the project in the fork area, facing the sea, with the idea of a project with the nuance of the ocean. Stylized waves in the form of the large balconies of the building, in addition to giving visitors an experience like sitting on the ships of the sea-going excursions, the face of the southwest, the balcony folds with It functions as a western sunshade to ensure that rooms are not directly exposed to sunlight. Corrugated balconies are also effective in creating open and closed spaces that make visitors experience views from different angles when they feel the sea.
The base block is the functional structure of public areas.
