Located on the former site of the Stapleton International Airport, these distinctive, upscale apartment homes are ideal for people who want to be close to everything, while being away from it all. There is nothing “standard” to be found, in fact, between the picturesque views of the snowy Rocky Mountains and the ability to walk to the grocery store, this community is the epitome of “New Urbanism.”
The 244 units were designed to have separate walk-up entries with virtual front door access to the 2.5 acres of open space called the Founders’ Green. There, the community gathers for “under the stars” jazz concerts, 4th of July parades, Christmas tree lightings and wine festivals.
