The result is a residence composed of stone, metal, and glass, with each material chosen for its durability and character.
The heart of the residence is a carefully curated experience. The entrance beneath elevated planters leads into a naturally ventilated drive-in basement, providing a peaceful retreat. The lower level houses the entertainment space and guest rooms, offering a quiet escape from the outside bustle. The main living spaces above are strategically raised to ensure privacy while capturing views of the surrounding neighbourhood.
Shaped by its corner site, Boscome House offers seclusion while drawing in natural light. The twisted champagne-finished metal fins add texture and rhythm to the façade, catching the light throughout the day. The elevated living spaces are wrapped by a generous landscape deck and a 15-meter cantilevered lap pool, enhancing the connection to the outdoors.
