2012 awarded First Prize for Cultural Building: The exhibition "Masterpieces of book painting from the early 16th century" in the historical museum Regensburg for the first presented precious books of the forgotten bookpainter Berthold Furtmeyr. The exhibition design closely orientates on the conceptional language of the bookdesign and transforms it into architecture: The changing perspective of text and image in bookpainting is transformed in the change of figural and intermediate spaces in the architectural design. Within monochromatic "bookcrosses" the precious books are shown in specially designed displays, in polychromatic passages paintigs and sculptures find prepared places for art pieces. The Altdorfer-room presents fragments of secco-painting reintegrated in a contemporary mosaic. The C-lounge with specially designed computer-furnitures allows to digitally page through all books.
