This is a wooden private house that stands in a quiet residential area in Kyoto prefecture, Japan.
The living and dining room on 1st floor is center for all the family to get together and communicate.
In there, each family can feel somebody's access and movement because of the spiral staircase and see-through corridor that is made by expand-metal.
A detached small music room which is connected on 2nd floor is producing a space under the eaves that seems to be inside.
